No Returns on Made-to-Order Items
Each print is made just for you. Because they’re personalized, I cannot accept returns or offer refunds on completed orders.
My Quality Promise
I take care with every print and package. If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos, and I’ll provide a replacement at no extra cost.
Order Changes
Once your order is placed and production has started, I’m unable to make changes or cancel it. Please double-check your order before completing your purchase.
Wrong Item or Production Error
If the wrong item is sent, or there’s a production error, I’ll replace it free of charge. Contact me within 7 days of receiving your order.
