Venturer Studios ships from Australia to Australia and selected international destinations.

All prints are handled with care, packed in protective packaging suitable for fine art prints, and shipped with tracking.

Processing Time

Each limited edition print is hand-signed, numbered and prepared before dispatch.

Orders are typically dispatched within 2-5 business days after confirmation.

Shipping Rates

Australia:
Free tracked shipping.

International:
Flat-rate tracked shipping is available to selected international destinations. Shipping rates are shown at checkout.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery timeframes are shown at checkout where available.

Delivery estimates apply after dispatch and may vary depending on destination, customs processing and carrier conditions.

Customs, Duties And Taxes

International orders may be subject to local duties, taxes or customs charges.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping rate and are the responsibility of the collector.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Damaged Orders

If your print arrives damaged, please contact Venturer Studios within seven days of delivery with photographs of the packaging and artwork.

The order will be assessed and a replacement arranged where appropriate.

This does not limit any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.

Incorrect or incomplete address information may cause delays or failed delivery. If you notice an error after ordering, please contact the studio as soon as possible.

Lost Or Delayed Orders

If your order appears delayed or lost in transit, please contact the studio so the shipment can be reviewed with the carrier.
