Venturer Studios releases limited-edition, print-only works.
Each limited edition print is produced to order, hand-signed, numbered, and allocated as part of a finite release.
Product availability is limited and may change without notice. A product appearing on the website does not guarantee availability until an order has been accepted and confirmed.
Venturer Studios may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household, order, or address where an order appears inconsistent with personal collection or authorised purchase.
Product Presentation
Venturer Studios makes reasonable efforts to present product images, colours, dimensions, materials, and details accurately.
The appearance of prints may vary slightly depending on screen settings, lighting conditions, device display, and the natural characteristics of fine art print production.
Any variation of this kind does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Orders And Acceptance
When you place an order, you agree that all information provided is accurate, complete, and current.
An order confirmation email acknowledges that your order has been received. It does not guarantee that the order has been accepted, produced, or dispatched.
Venturer Studios may refuse or cancel an order where there is an error in product information, pricing, availability, payment processing, shipping availability, suspected fraud, unauthorised resale activity, or other operational issue.
If an order is cancelled after payment has been taken, Venturer Studios will arrange a refund of the amount paid for the cancelled order.
Pricing And Payment
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout.
Venturer Studios may update pricing at any time without notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
Payment must be completed at checkout using the payment methods available on the website.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information.
Shipping And Delivery
Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy.
Venturer Studios ships from Australia to Australia and selected international destinations.
Orders are typically dispatched within 7–10 business days after confirmation.
Delivery timeframes shown at checkout are estimates only and may vary depending on destination, customs processing, carrier conditions, and events outside our control.
International orders may be subject to local duties, taxes, or customs charges. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping rate and are the responsibility of the collector.

Returns, Refunds And Order Issues
Returns, refunds, damaged orders, incorrect orders, and order issues are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Venturer Studios does not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or changes in preference after an order has been placed.

If your print arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact Venturer Studios through the Contact page as soon as possible, preferably within 7 days of delivery.
Order Changes And Cancellations
Please check your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Once an order has entered production or an edition number has been allocated, Venturer Studios may be unable to make changes or cancel the order.
If you notice an issue immediately after placing your order, please contact Venturer Studios through the Contact page as soon as possible.
Print Ownership And Intellectual Property
When you purchase a print, you are purchasing the physical print only.
No copyright, intellectual property rights, image rights, reproduction rights, publication rights, licensing rights, distribution rights, digital rights, or commercial usage rights are transferred to you.
Copyright and all intellectual property rights in the artwork, image, title, text, product presentation, and related creative material remain with Venturer Studios.
Venturer Studios prints are sold for personal collection and display only. They are not supplied for resale, retail distribution, commercial dealing, merchandising, licensing, reproduction, publication, promotion, or any other commercial exploitation without prior written permission from Venturer Studios.
You may not reproduce, copy, scan, photograph for commercial use, distribute, publish, licence, modify, create derivative works from, mint as an NFT, use in advertising, or commercially exploit the artwork in any form.
Venturer Studios may refuse or cancel orders that appear to be placed for resale, trade, brokering, or other unauthorised commercial purposes, to the extent permitted by law.
